What services do you offer?
We do inspection, project tracking, reporting, and construction support. We handle payroll checks, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and field reports. We help with closeout too. Most of our work is with cities, transit, and WSDOT. We keep things moving, follow the rules, and stay involved from start to finish.
Do you work with public agencies?
Yes. We work with city departments, transit agencies, and WSDOT. We follow their standards and know what they expect. We’ve handled RFIs, payroll, reports, and closeout on their jobs. We don’t guess. We know the process and stay on top of it. That’s been our focus since the start.
Can you stay on a project from start to finish?
Yes. We’re there early and stay through closeout. We help with forms, tracking, and field work. We don’t leave halfway. If the job needs someone who keeps up with changes and sticks around through wrap-up, that’s us. We don’t walk off the job before it’s done right.
Do you handle daily reports and field logs?
Yes. We fill out IDRs, take photos, and log what happens on site. We track labor, equipment, and site changes. Everything’s written down clearly. No guessing later. We stay consistent and don’t miss things. The paperwork is part of the job, and we take it seriously every day.
Do you take small jobs too?
Yes. Not every job is huge. We help with short-term work, one-off inspections, or support on smaller sites. We’ve worked city patch crews, local utilities, and quick-turn public jobs. We show up, do the work, and keep records straight—just like we would on bigger projects. No difference in effort.
